Maple Syrup


"Sugarin' Off"  As spring arrives we begin tapping the nearby rock maple trees to obtain the sap. The sap is then evaporated over a hardwood fire until that magic spring elixir is obtained - Canadian Maple Syrup. Poured generously over hot steaming pancakes, supplemented by goat's milk yogurt, you know that summer is not far away!
